I am directly responsible for achieving sales goal for the store while also meeting the controllable profit target on the Pand L. To accomplish these goals I oversee all aspects of daily operations including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and developing staff. I execute inventory management activities such as ordering, receiving, shipping.

I provide stores with a source of tools, shop equipment, safety material and chemicals. I represent over 250 product manufacturers ranging from consumer to professional grade. I call on accounts throughout central and northern New York State, as well as some in Pennsylvania, introducing new products and offering stocking programs.

I handled a high volume of technically specific customer requests and inquiries both over the phone and in person. I also provided sales training and inventory management,
