Provides key technical support to enhance the quality of Joint Rohingya Response Program (JRRP) interventions that provide refugee healthcare in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. The Joint Rohingya Response Program has been developed in partnership between FH Association and Medical Teams International. The technical advisor provides support to ensure that the program efficiently and effectively achieves quality deliverables and outcomes as per the organization, donor, national and international standards through providing evidence based technical knowledge strategies and interventions.

With an overarching goal to protect patients, to protect health care providers, and to achieve this protection in the most cost-effective manner within the constraints of available resources, was responsible for the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) activities and leads the development & maintenance of an IPC program in JRRP in order to strive for patient safety, caretakers and staff and to enhance the quality of care. Led the infection prevention and control (IPC) processes and activities in the health facilities and treatment center for COVID 19 response. Worked with a diverse team of professionals and support staff that are directly involved in the treatment center and ensured that all staff are safe, secure and follow IPC guidelines and protocols without compromise.

Clinical Manager is responsible for providing clinical support to IRC nurse supervisors and environmental health specialists who are supervising national staff at Ebola Holding Units (EHU) where suspected and probable cases are held and treated until their test results are confirmed. The clinical manager is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of safe transfer of confirmed cases to an Ebola treatment center.
