The team has vast experience in both minor and major projects within the private and the public sectors.The department covers all periods in archaeology, from prehistory to modern history, with a group of professionally trained archaeologists to tackle any situation that may arise. The work undertaken is in accordance with the guidelines and terms set out by both the Planning Authority (PA) and the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage (SCH). Conditions included in the full development permits issued by the Planning Authority and/or Transport Malta and any other recommendations instructed by the Superintendence regarding archaeological matters would be entirely covered by the team’s proficiency in the field for the successful execution of the project within the established time frames. The department is composed of a team of qualified archaeologists offering professional services by experienced personnel. The number of specialists employed within a project varies according to the demand of works on site and on conditions requested by the authorities.
