I was mainly involved in Shop floor Sales assistant duties, however I did help in minor managerial duties when needed. Through this job I gained vital communication experience and now feel comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life. Around the Christmas periods I would always gain experience of conflict resolution especially on boxing day!I started this job as a Christmas Temp working in the warehouse and impressed enough to get my chance on the shop floor, I was kept on permanently after the Christmas period ended . Was offered to go into management training less than a year into the roll but declined due to university commitments. Show less
