I have been a Lead UX/UI Designer at MoodShare, a social media platform for sharing thoughts and feelings, for over 5 years. My passion is to create user-centric products that enhance mental health and well-being. I have a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction & User Experience from Drexel University and a Professional Certificate in UX/UI Design from George Washington University. In my current role, I lead a team of Software Developers and UX Designers, conducting extensive research, designing user interface prototypes, wireframes, and storyboards, implementing interactive design elements and animations, and testing usability and user satisfaction. I also collaborate with developers to align design specifications and standards with business goals and outcomes. Previously, I interned as a UX Designer at Amazon, where I streamlined recruiting processes, increased interview success rates and candidate satisfaction, and presented user journey maps and storyboards to high level executives. I have strong web design, social networking, and analytical skills, and I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques to improve my craft.
