Some of my responsibilities include; -Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls, building rapport with clients and verifying information.-Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.-Establish policies by entering client information and confirming pricing-Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information.-Keeping up to date with my knowledge by studying new product descriptions-Strong communication skills-Maintaining a good telephone manor -Excellent data entry skills and paying attention to detail-Always providing excellent customer service -Maintaining a high standard of professionalism-Multi-tasking and using my time productively

- Delivering excellent customer service. - Attaining my NPLQ (national pool lifeguard qualification) in February 2009 which I update every 2 years as well as participating in regular training.- Responsibility for the safety of people in and around the pool. - Understanding of how to deal with a problem or incident and having the first aid skills to treat an injury.- Attending staff training and monthly meetings to gain more knowledge and develop on the skills I require. - Supervising the use of equipment when allocated to that duty (such as water flumes or any other activities taking place) - Being prepared to carry out rescues and initiate other emergency action when necessary - Being efficient, safe and careful in the work place. Always looking out for potential hazards. - Maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic place environment for both customers and employees- Experience in dealing with emergency situations by the pool and using my initiative and knowledge to act with the correct response, whilst having the ability to stay calm.
