My key responsibilities are managing Sales & Business Development team, monitoring IT & Marketing Support team and also assisting the CEO for company listing.The achievements are set up each team policy & objective, introduce each team action plan & reporting system and guide/coach each team members on their job function & accountability.But, the company has streamline due to financial crisis caused by economic downturn since it was affected by Covid-19 outbreaks.

My key responsibilities are managing Automation Controls Sales Group consist of Automation Components department & Factory Automation department.The achievements are sales result in two digits growth every year, 1995 sales USD 0.09mil/month until 2019 sales USD 1.25mil/month and 1995 market share 5% until 2019 market share 25%.But, I have accepted the Mutual Separation Scheme & left the company by 29th March 2019.

My key responsibility is setting up a new Electrical & Electronics department.But, I have decided to leave the company due to their parent company had a financial crisis.

My job responsibility is dealing with import, export & triangle business of Corporate International Trade Division (similar to "sogo sosha" in Japanese).But, I have left the company for a better prospective.
