-I created and managed a project plan using Jira to integrate existing software into a SaaS application, aiming to support remote work and enhance team collaboration on a cloud-based network. The SaaS dashboard, which was part of the rollout, enabled individuals and teams to work together, improving project visibility.-During COVID-19, I formed 6 remote teams using SCRUM practices to establish policy guidelines and ensure team collaboration on the SaaS dashboard for 34 projects. We prioritized tasks, met deadlines, and stayed within budget.-I designed and implemented a Fleet detachment management system using SharePoint to plan, deploy, and complete 20 detachments for the training of 440 Fleet Replacement Aircrew.-Furthermore, I collaborated with two project managers from KORTE Construction and one NAVFAC project manager on an 18-million-dollar hangar project using MS Projects. Over 24 months, we met 89% of deliverables and achieved 80% of milestones on time.-Senior Enlisted Advisor who scheduled and planned for community events with the Junior ROTC cadets, Key West Coastal Cleanups, and ASPCA. These events allowed active duty personnel a chance to build community relations and beautify the local community.

Maintenance Department Project Manager- Project Manager responsible for planning, organizing and supervising all aspects of the prevention and restorative maintenance of all aircraft and equipment. The assignment of personnel for daily and long term maintenance actions for restorative maintenance. Conduct daily flight schedule planning, mission requirements, aircraft assignments, and long range aircraft availability. Duties included:- Ensure consistent product quality, productivity and safety.- Monitor all aircraft and equipment downtime and determine the root cause.- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving daily problems.- Ensure predictive maintenance is planned, properly performed and documented- Assist with the evaluation of sub-contractors for equipment installations and modifications.- Led multiple maintenance teams through project life-cycles from conception to completion.- Develop and implement continuous improvement activities that address safety, quality and efficiency.- Evaluate, schedule and prioritize maintenance work orders and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement to prevent equipment downtime.- Make assignments and monitor progress, coordinate training and schedules, develop associates responsible in their area.- Provide liaison with government contractors and team members for engineering requests, technical support, and training on new equipment operation techniques.During my position as maintenance project manager, I oversaw the transition of the Maintenance Department from the P-3 Orion to the P-8 Poseidon aircraft platform. This included transferring of obsolete equipment, acceptance of new equipment, an eight-month training program and certification from the Boeing support team, acceptance of new aircraft from Boeing in Renton, Washington, and the completion of the squadron’s safe to operate under the new aircraft platform certification.
