-I created and managed a project plan using Jira to integrate existing software into a SaaS application, aiming to support remote work and enhance team collaboration on a cloud-based network. The SaaS dashboard, which was part of the rollout, enabled individuals and teams to work together, improving project visibility.-During COVID-19, I formed 6 remote teams using SCRUM practices to establish policy guidelines and ensure team collaboration on the SaaS dashboard for 34 projects. These events allowed active duty personnel a chance to build community relations and beautify the local community.
