• Develop and deliver sales strategy in accordance with a business plan.• Monitor market trends and reshape sales strategy accordingly.• Improve market share for each of Nano Cool’s products / increase business activity in residential and commercial markets through; - Generating leads, prospecting and securing new clients, - up selling to current clients, - and understanding client needs to provide solutions.• Ensure all set sales targets are met.• Maintain intricate knowledge of cost models and pricing for all relevant products.• Conduct site inspections to determine quotation details.• Generate accurate quotations and communicate quotations to clients within prescribed timeframes: residential quotations within 24 hours; Commercial quotations within 72 hours after site inspection.Relationship/key account management:• Develop and deploy effective account management practices based on the value and nature of the client.• Establish strong value-added relationships with key clients.• Ensure effective and timely responses to client requests are followed and ensure responses are accurate.• Attend to client complaints in a timely manner, investigating the cases and assisting to resolve any issues before they become a dispute or major problem.• Communicate client needs to BU Manager as appropriate.• Manage client enquiries about products, services, and prices. This includes after-sales service.• Conduct regular key and potential client visits. Networks with other industry bodies to promote the company’s business and development.• Maintain accurate, up to date, and efficient electronic filing systems for all records and files.
