With a Master of Education in Instructional Design and over 20 years of experience in various training environments, I have a deep passion and expertise for the field of learning and development.My mission is to leverage technology and process to create engaging, effective, and efficient learning experiences that meet the needs and goals of diverse learners and clients. I have successfully managed and executed multiple projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, private sector, and non-profit organizations, applying the principles and practices of instructional design, performance improvement, and learning technology.
