(NorthStar), from 1998 to 2002. Under his watch, the CIBA Program grew from $3,000,000 to over $12,000,000 in annual premium, with an exceptional loss ratio. The CIBA Program became responsible for the majority of NorthStar’s income and profit. Other areas of specialization at NorthStar included a proprietary HO-3 Homeowners product with Lloyd’s (lead by Beazley Syndicate – followed by Catlin) earthquake availability as well as Transportation and other commercial property placements. -
