I am currently President and COO of PRISM Technology Inc. and have 30 years of in-depth experience in both Facility Operations and Strategic Energy Programs. I am engaged in assisting clients acquire the next generation of technology that will manage service delivery for their RE portfolios. Facility service operations, in conjunction with energy management programs using advanced EMS/BAS systems can optimize performance and create value at levels previously only imagined. In the energy area my current focus is on the synergy of "fully open" Smart Building systems that can be used in every aspect of Facility and Energy management, as well as in support of Core business operations. Just about any data point or equipment item can be accessed and drive value through sensors or other electronic inputs. The next generation of technology will be able to both monitor and provide bi-directional control as part of a cost effective business strategy. Finding those optimal strategies, systems, and service drivers are the challenges I deal with daily for clients seeking to maximize shareholder value in this challenging economy.Prior to my private sector experience above I served the US government within the Intelligence community; including over a decade abroad in operational assignments in the Far East and Middle Eastern regions. I currently assist client organizations initiate and conclude contracts related to programs and platforms designed for "asset optimization" and "sustainability". The focus is on large, distributed, real estate portfolios, where failure to implement these strategies has a high cost associated with it.
