Work ExperiencesMr. Ding received both his B.S. and M.S. in mechanical design and manufacturing, and automation from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 1995, and 2002 respectively. After graduation, he joined FOXCONN as a patent engineer, and was admitted to practice law in China in 2005. Mr. Ding got training on patent application drafting, patent prosecution, patent portfolio design and layout there. Mr. Ding joined CPA after he was qualified as attorney at law, and started to practice patent law there, representing quite a number of know companies, including Intel, Samson, Otis, GE, GM, etc. Mr. Ding was also trained in the practice of patent laws in U.S. and Europe. Mr. Ding established his own patent agency, Shenzhen Wispro, with a group of professionals in 2007.
