At Kirkland, he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law, and completed numerous pharmaceuticals and other healthcare-related transactions.After earning a B.S. at the United States Military Academy at West Point, Edward served five years in the Army, earning the rank of captain, the Air Assault badge, and Airborne wings. Edward earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
