Involvement in all aspects of the transaction lifecycle including carrying out an initial investment appraisal, structuring, drafting, negotiating, and executing term sheets and investment documents;vi. Coordinate comprehensive legal, technical and commercial due diligence processes;vii. Lead the preparation and writing of investment memoranda and investment recommendations;viii. Work closely with portfolio companies to help them achieve their strategic objectives; andix. Design and implementation of fund operations, risk management and compliance functions.
