Using my 41 years of experience to build a new maintenance program for 1100 school buses, supervisors and mechanics.overseeing and upgrading 6 bus yards along with security. Building an analytic tracking data base and delivering trains to specific employees. Retired Feb. 25, 2022 from NYCT Dept. Of Buses as Deputy General Manager after 41 years experience overseeing all aspects of Bus Transportation Business within the 5 Boro’s of NYC. Specializing in Fleet Maintenance , creating policy and instructions as well as Training maintenance employees and mentoring managers in leadership and policies.Retired from MTA as Deputy General Manger in Brooklyn and Manhattan Overseeing service , safety, budgets and fleet maintenance. Built working relationships with transit unions such as: TWU, ATU, DC 37, TSO, SSSA. I’ve chaired manager interview panels. I have extensive technical and safety training as well as new bus technology. Also attended many "Train the Trainer" courses.Won awards as Transit Manager of the Year and also commendations during crisis. Extensive technical, safety and leadership training as well.
