Over the years I have worked on a number of the strategic growth sites in South Cambridgeshire covering a diversity of projects and collaborating with a range of different partners and stakeholders. I first started working on the new town of Northstowe as a senior planner back in 2007. As a principal planner I am the case officer for the 1,300 home Wing development to the east of Cambridge and 2,350 homes to the west of Cambourne, both of which I have taken through outline approval and onto the pre-application process for the design codes and reserved matters applications. I am also the case officer for 3,500 new homes proposed on the Bourn Airfield site that are at the pre-application stage with an application expected in 2018.
