SHARE LOVE FOUNDATION, INC. PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES: To advocate and create linkages between individuals, groups, and institutions for development networks with partnerships for poverty mitigation projects.To conduct training, workshops, and seminars on children and youth career development, entrepreneurship, and helping students to seek and gain scholarship opportunities for high school and undergraduate students. The organization will also be engaged in providing adequate school facilities and supplies in rural primary schools. To develop and implement income-generating livelihood programs like skills development and entrepreneurship empowerment and to provide micro-loans and consultancy on micro-finance for the establishment of small and medium-sized businesses in Liberia. To provide a proper monitory system and reporting platform for healthcare services including insufficient medical services, malnutrition among children, imperfect child welfare protection system, difficulties in caring for the elderly, and sanitary conditions of the poor communities in Liberia. To additionally create and implement projects in the collection, and proper disposal of waste, and its management services.To conduct research on major problems affecting communities and engage in agriculture and industrial development of vegetables, seeds and crops production, animal husbandry, poultry, training skill, and technical support for food preservation in Liberia. To engage in the support and caring of orphans, feeding of inmates, prostitutes, and street hijackers, or “zogoes” with the aims of mitigating street hunger and providing them with skills training to become valuable and useful citizens. To engage in any and all acts or activities as provided by law for a NOT-FOR-PROFIT Corporation in Liberia may be organized under the act adopting the Association Law of the Republic of Liberia, approved May 19, 1976, published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia.

This youth empowerment pilot project focuses on training and helping young Liberian entrepreneurs build their skills and gain the opportunities to succeed as employees or entrepreneurs through small business development supports and partnerships.

Worked within the managerial team comprising 5 members, operates the day-day activities of the raw rubber processing plant, and oversees and manage the work of all the factory supervisors and make daily and monthly reports to the General Manager.

The project was an innovative adolescent girls program that was designed to equip girls with the skills and experiences necessary to make strategic life choices and stay safe from abuse and sexual exploitation. I worked with the International Rescue Committee Branch Manager, Field Supervisors, and 130 mentors in coordinating the project activities between both institutions on behalf of Jungle Water Group of Investment through a regular monthly report to the International Rescue Committee (IRC).

Worked within the administrator team of 4 members to provide general administration while undertaking additional training responsibilities as the assigned Trainer in administrative tasks.
