The Badging Admin is one of the first points of contact for all newly hired Employees, Contractors, Vendors, Students (Medical, Nursing, Residents, and Fellows) entering the hospital. Due to the importance of this role, it is critical I am courteous, helpful, organized, have the ability to multi-task, motivated and have a HIGH level of Customer Service. The Badging Admin acts as a liaison between contractors, employees, security, admin, HR and other internal departments to ensure all parties are aware of company access control policies and procedures. The Badging Admin must maintain a high degree of communication skills, organization, and professionalism at all times to ensure all access control issues are efficiently resolved. Not only am I responsible for access control on our Main Campus but also several satellite locations around the Phoenix Metro Area.
