Responsible for providing assurance to Senior Leadership, various oversight committees, and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors that the Information Security Risk Management and Compliance framework and programs remain effective and efficient; and evolve information security assets in such a way that both introduces new innovative features and services into our enterprise portfolio and can be leveraged internally to provide our Board of Directors with assurances that operations, solutions and services are able to deliver on business objectives without placing our organization in a position to endure undue harm.

As the architect and steward of Premier's enterprise Information Security Risk Management and Compliance strategy, structure, and processes, I established and operationalized • a formal Risk Management and Compliance framework and program that aligns Premier's strategic objectives with the capabilities necessary to ensure the continuous identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting, and monitoring security risks that jeopardize execution of the business capabilities necessary to achieve strategic objectives; and• an extensive Written Information Security Program (WISP) and NIST-based enterprise control framework, which readily provides common internal control criteria (policies, control objectives, standards and guidelines) as mapped to Premier’s legal, regulatory and contractual control obligations, business capabilities, and risks. Through the operationalization of these programs, Premier can make informed decisions about its risk tolerance and how its most valuable information assets will be protected. It provides a holistic view of the acceptable degree of variability in control performance relative to achieving business goals, and the threats and vulnerabilities that could be exploited by people, technology, and process and controls required to protect the asset.

Directed the visioning, development, and delivery of all internal and external operational services and tools. These properties include our flagship client facing collaboration portals, tools, and services (PremierConnect), 40+ Product service tools, and our employee facing collaboration portals, tools, and services (My Sites, team collaboration, WIKIs, and Blogs).• Developed and instituted a structured solution delivery approach that more than doubled (141% increase) the delivery team's production yielding Premier approximately $1M in efficiencies. • Create the visioning, process, organizational change management and strategy development for customer technology solutions including roadmaps and budgets.• Establish the Enterprise Operation product domain which essentially converts current operational cost centers into valuable revenue channels. • Manage all staff, budgets, and processes in delivery of services. • Organize all stakeholder groups in identifying needs and establishing clear governance of both service delivery and in service usage. • Manage vendors, consultants, and sourcing organizations involved with the service delivery.

Designed and implemented a Siebel based CRM system that redefined sales workflow to Account Executives and Directors, in a fast-paced, customer-centric media company. Liaise between the business project sponsors and service organizations in gathering requirements, detailed analysis, and solution design. • Identifying and refining business requirements with key stakeholders.• Defining current/future state process flows, Use Cases and activity diagrams.• Collaborating with Development and QA to ensure accurate implementation of business/system requirements.• Contributing to organizational change management by facilitating robust user acceptance testing and supporting the Training phase of projects.• Collaborating with the program management team to ensure effective project planning, tracking, and overall success.• Building and managing synergistic relationships with relevant business partners.• Driving and managing the business analysis, systems design, and program management tasks.• Spearheading business application architectures.• Proactively identifying opportunities for improving organization efficiency and/or revenue effectiveness.

The maintenance and enhancement of Sandoz’s (U.S) Customer Relationship Management system (Siebel) was ultimately my responsibility. I conducted user interviews, analyzed business needs, managed multi -cross functional projects and acted as a liaison between Business Units and Technical teams in the support and enhancement of Sales and Marketing systems. I Siebel became the “nerve center” of an industry leading Sales and Marketing team. I routinely defined, managed and executed work plans which drove the development of this finely tuned Sales and Marketing tool. In order to maintain this level of excellence, it was necessary to consistently provide leadership and oversight for all functional and technical tasks associated with delivery of the suite of tools. As the system grew, it became necessary to formally establish team level standards, processes, and procedures and mentor and develop junior team members to continue delivering the quality for the expanding tool. As the popularity of the system grew, I was required to interface more regularly with multiple organizational levels.

Responsible for managing all phases of Siebel implementation including analysis, design, testing, validation, training and on-going support for major cross-functional projects. I provided the tactical leadership and decision-making necessary to assure all projects are executed on target, within budget and on schedule. I was able to ensure associates were focused on the key priorities, initiatives and standards important to the success of the account by developing strong relationships between internal and external operations teams. My primary duties included the anticipation of staffing needs to meet the demands of specific projects. I also assisted with job searches, interviews and candidate selection. Additionally, I compiled financial and production analysis in support of strategic and operational decisions and presented the results to an executive committee.
