In 2016 i commenced my position as Technical Director of the Northern Tigers FC (NPL club) Skills Acquisition Program (SAP), after four years as Head Coach of Under 10 and 11 age groups.As Technical Director of the Skills Acquisition Program at Northern Tigers FC, with 80 players and eight coaches under my guidance it is my responsibility to oversee the delivery of our clubs development program for junior players. A key role is to ensure continuity and consistency across the program delivered by coaches, with a refined and direct approach to player development. Organisation and communication are key to performing my role to a high level of satisfaction, ensuring coaches are prepared to the highest standard to deliver their roles to the best of their ability. It is my role to provide ongoing support, guidance, feedback and development opportunities to the coaches that I oversee. My focus on developing and investing in coaches will provide the ideal environment for our players to develop and grow as people and footballers.

Football NSW Game Development - MiniRoos ManagerCoordinator of MiniRoos football in Football NSW, over 525 grassroots football clubs and 92,000 MiniRoos players (Under 6 - Under 11).Coordinator of MiniRoos Kick Off programs in Football NSW. Overall 78 skills programs.During my role as Football NSW MiniRoos Development Manager it was my responsibility to oversee the launch of the AIA Vitality MiniRoos brand, establish a national skills development program, support Club football and deliver coach development opportunities to those involved in the junior game; over 525 clubs and 92,000 players. During my 21 months in the role MiniRoos Kick Off, the nationally affiliated skills program for football, grew to 78 program sites throughout NSW, which I view as a great achievement in expanding the current playing opportunities for children, as well as supporting and developing grassroots clubs by providing player and coach development opportunities. As part of this program a primary aim was to expand female opportunities in football, providing an environment whereby girls have access to female only programs.Within MiniRoos Club Football it has been my great pleasure to empower associations across the Football NSW footprint to grow, develop and support their MiniRoos player base and the volunteers and coaches associated. In this role I have provided guidance, direction and feedback to associations seeking to restructure their junior competitions, such as adopting the small sided games principle, as well as seeking innovative methods to improve their MiniRoos product. Within the club football landscape, I have also been heavily involved in the community coach education and development of grassroots coaches, delivering community coaching courses throughout the season and providing informal development opportunities.
