• Support Protobase software issues. Unlock user accounts, Instruct users in the use of all features of the Protobase software. Troubleshoot gateway, database, and modem/TCP issues. Reinstall services for Protobase software• Support Fusebox issues and train users how to perform different tasks. • Troubleshoot pin pad issues. Run ping and telnet test, explained how to setup a pin pad with the correct IP address and set DHCP and run software updates. Explain how to verify if issue is with pin pad or the power supply.
