Ed Gevinski comes to Concourse Realty Partners with over 14 years of experience in the Brooklyn & Queens investment sales market. At Concourse Realty, Ed serves as Partner of the company, where he has been involved in the aggregate sale of over $250 million in real estate sales.Prior to his current role at Concourse Realty, Ed was a Director of Sales at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on investment sales in Brooklyn and Queens. Previously, he was a Director of Sales atMassey Knakal, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014.Ed began his real estate career at Massey Knakal in 2006, where he worked alongside founding partners, Paul J Massey Jr. and Bob Knakal, establishing himself as a territory expert in Eastern Brooklyn. Mr. Gevinski has been quoted and mentioned by several major publications such as The New York Times, Crain’s New York, Costar Group, Real Estate Weekly, New York Real Estate Journal, Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Bisnow New York, The Real Deal, and GlobeSt.com.Earlier, Mr. Gevinski was a Teacher at Lawndale High School in Los Angeles, where he taught math, earth science, biology and physical education. During that time he was also the high school football coach, track coach and junior varsity baseball coach.Mr. Gevinski played football at Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, then transferred to the State University of New York College at Cortland, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education.
