Hired into a number one office in Coldwell Banker NRT Realty, I exclusively represented the client requirements for the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial properties. I was recognized as a many-time recipient of “Sales Person of the Month Award” during 1993-2002 which was awarded to the 10% Club for sales in 1993-1996 and the 1% Club for sales in 1997-2002. Acknowledged for outstanding service and performance, I became a Member of the “Exclusive International Presidents Elite of Coldwell Banker”. I was retained by the Law Offices of Hupf & Morgan, U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee, and Pilsbury Madison & Sutro for the disposition of property in probate and foreclosure sales and I also represented a Fortune One Hundred Member in the acquisition of property. In 2002, I was promoted to the position of manager of the Cupertino, Stevens Creek office.
