As Director of IT Services, responsible for the overall management of the data centers, network, servers, virtualization platforms, storage, messaging services, telephony, knowledge management, desktop standard operating environment and the Service Desk. Key Accomplishments:• Lead the transition of our financial systems stack including PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Perceptive and PowerPlan to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure resulting in a $2.3M cost savings over 5 years. • Developed a business case and 5 year financial model to justify migrating IT and business applications to Amazon Web Services. In addition to identifying cost savings of $1.25M over 5 years, avoided a $2.8M capital investment to upgrade aging infrastructure.
