We function as the interface between sales, product and operations in the scoping and delivery of the Vitesse service.The team are responsible for training client staff in the use of Vitesse systems and act as an ongoing touch point for all future product related enquiries (new features etc) and configuration queries as relating to the solution model proposed and implemented. We also undertake pre-sales product demonstrations and assist in scoping projects and developing or responding to proposals. The Product Manager role also encompasses the initiation and ongoing Project Management of multiple integration projects for International NGO’s, major banks and financial institutions. Working closely with the project teams in these organisations I would manage the regular progress meetings and facilitate the connection to our services, scheduling any implementation required to support their requirements. Often this involves integrating FX quote and dealing services over an established FIX protocol or alternative restful API. Payment instructions being received through a connected SWIFT interface or more recently via an ISO20022 complaint batch file channel which I have been instrumental in specifying and developing. Overseeing and managing a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Project Office staff working on payments projects for various card schemes, acquirer connections, alternative payment methods, banking & settlement models.
