Conducting constructability reviews, developing execution and contracting strategies, planning for mobilization and execution level scheduling. International Bechtel Co. Ltd., Area Construction Manager (Jun 2009 – Sep 2010)Management of Project team charged with design, procurement and build of onshore civil, infrastructure and buildings for Khalifa Port between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates (USD 400 million). Project includes 43 buildings, infrastructure and services covering 5.8 square kilometers. • Following start of construction phase, managed significant changes to scope (USD 100 million) following a revised conceptualization of the port program dictating major modifications to the onshore requirements of the Abu Dhabi Ports Commission.

Advised Group Director in development of policy and processes for planning, budgeting and corporate level reporting of resort and other hospitality projects. Charged with forecasting and assessment of budget and schedule performance for developments (USD 20 billion+) worldwide interacting extensively with Development, Finance and Treasury Groups. In March 2008, appointed Interim Project Director for a resort development in Tangiers, Morocco (USD 1.2 billion) implementing corrective strategies to improve progress and performance of third party consultants, management firms and the in-house site team. • Extensive interaction with department directors and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer in the development of best practices, policy and procedures.• Implemented standardized reporting of management information from regional offices.• Oversight and review of consultants/contractors employed for design and implementation of developments worldwide.• Advised directors on planning/execution strategy for projects from concept through turnover to operations. • Advised, reviewed and assisted in development of strategic alliances for regional areas (Europe, North Africa, and Middle East).• Advised on and reviewed RFP documents for consultants, designers and contractors.

Reported to Project Manager/Program Manager with responsibility for budget and schedule performance, quality and safety for the design and build of a state of the art children’s’ hospital in Basra, Iraq (USD 54 million) conceptualized by First Lady Laura Bush and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. On regional builds, reported to program management with responsibility for client relationships, local business development, budget and schedule performance, quality and safety for various wireless telecom projects. • Project Manager responsible for wireless network build (USD 500 million) for Tritel. Honored as Bechtel’s Construction Management Team of the year worldwide in 2000.• Managed as many as 180 staff organized into seven (7) project management teams covering 41 markets in six (6) states. • Regional Project Manager, responsible for site acquisition, engineering, procurement and construction of 550 cell sites in western US. • Regional Project Manager, southern California, responsible for RF engineering, site acquisition, procurement, and build of GSM network. • Project Manager, Kite Networks.
