Edward joined TBH in 2010 and is a registered architect with the Architects Board of Western Australia. His experience with over 20 years in the industry covers a wide range of projects and developments across various sectors throughout Australia and internationally including health, education, commercial, defence, ICT, infrastructure and energy.Edward has acted in both consulting and contracting roles on projects ranging in cost up to $2.4 billion with particular emphasis on Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls. Due to the extensive program management experience and involvement in high profile projects, Edward also supported the South Australia government leading a team of eight and was responsible for delivering the program and project controls reporting for the $2.4 billion new Adelaide Hospital Project.Edward’s extensive project experience and stakeholder management skills has seen international demand for his expertise and has provided project controls, planning, scheduling and management services in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, China and Hong Kong.High-profile projects Edward has worked on include the setting up and implementation of the planning/project controls processes for the $500m (USD) Conghua Horse Training Centre/Race Tracks the $500m (USD) New Happy Valley Clubhouse for the Hong Kong Jockey Club, ECU Inner City Campus and Women and New Born Service Relocation Project.Edward is skilled in the use of project management and planning software used by TBH and its clients including Asta Power Project, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Visio and the Microsoft Office suite of tools.Edward has gained an extensive amount of knowledge whilst providing many services offered by TBH including Planning and Scheduling, Claims and Dispute Resolution, Integrated Project Controls, Portfolio, Program and Project Management (P3M).
