A retired U.S. Army veteran of twenty years with multiple combat deployments to three different theaters of operations. As a NCO in charge of operations center, I developed strong leadership and management skills that are critical in a combat environment for the protection of the soldiers under me. In my time in the U.S. Army however, I am most proud of my advocacy, investigation, and support for victims of sexual assault and helping those victims recover from such horrible experience. After retiring, I transitioned into the U.S Postal Service which allowed me to further serve my city and community. While working for the USPS, I completed my BS in Business Administration and graduated with a 3.0 GPA. Currently I seek to further challenge myself in new ways, serve my country, and utilize the critical skills I learned in the US Army.
