Challenge accepted! When something breaks, or needs to get done right the first time, my phone usually rings. Through out my life I have always been the guy that people count on in a pinch. This has allowed me the opportunity to assist in the repair of a multitude of mechanical issues and the mitigation of a wide variety of situations. I began a career of public service in 2006 with the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office. I eventually was promoted to Lieutenant, and at the Milwaukee County House of Correction was promoted to Captain in 2015. I remained in this role until relocating to central Wisconsin in 2017. I am continuing my calling as a public servant as a Volunteer Firefighter. Throughout my career with Milwaukee County I gained valuable experience dealing with a multitude of personal, medical, and disturbance related issues as a front line worker and supervisor. I was fortunate to gain experience in Records Management, Policy Development, Project Management, Emergency Planning, as well as a wide variety of certifications. Exceeding expectations in these roles allowed me to gain experience as an instructor as well as completing my Associates Degree in Fire Protection. Since relocating, I have completed multiple OEM trainings from Freightliner, Paccar, Detroit, and continued my Firefighting education with training in Ag Rescue, Fire Officer, and Aerial Operations. I am currently serving as a Volunteer Firefighter Lieutenant, and working full time as a Product Support Specialist for Airport Rescue Fire Fighting Equipment at Pierce Manufacturing. I enjoy being challenged to to continually learn, and building on the knowledge and experience that I have already earned. I look forward to seeking innovative and cost effective solutions to complex issues.
