Assistant Business Services Manager Eurest Services Jan 2018 - PresentCambridge, MA (US)I am part of the management team in charge of day-to-day operations covering dining, soft services, and AV. The role calls on me to serve as a point-of-contact for Compass on a +590K sq. ft. campus and directly supervise employee engagement, strategic planning, and process improvement implementation.I also work to strengthen the organizational structure, recommend personnel decisions, and aid in the compilation of monthly reports.Key Contributions:● In conjunction with PFizer EHS team i created, updated and maintained the Compass Audit ready file for Pfizer Kendall Sq, which directly aided in ZERO findings against Compass in Pfizers June 2019 Audit.● Made key contributions towards growth of contract including generating new revenue from Kendall Sq tenants..● Successfully identified and elevated hourly associate to team lead. My job is client facing and requires regular meetings with the Pfizer operations team. An ability to take the lead on some projects and step back to being a contributing member of others has been integral to my time at Pfizer. Where needed i have stepped in to help out with other contracts / sites when called upon.

Following the successful sale of the Oval Complex, i moved into a new role as an Assistant Property manager with JLL. I helped oversee a portfolio of 11 buildings in Dublin 2& 4. I helped ensure the smooth operation of these building on a day to day basis, and worked with new tenants in a number of the buildings facilitating them in preparing their proposed fit-outs and aiding where possible during the fit out process. I had to leave JLL in October of 2016 to move to Boston where i now reside.

The Oval Building, 160 Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

The Oval is an ultra modern, highly successful, mixed-use development. The 15,055 m2, 162,050 ft2, scheme predominantly consists of office accommodation, with other onsite facilities including a gymnasium and swimming pool and a number of retail offerings. The development has been designed around a distinctive rotunda space, with beautifully landscaped external areas and public access to the Dodder River walkway. The quality of the offices and onsite facilities has already attracted occupiers including:EirGrid, Partner Re, Avolon Aircraft Leasing, Zynga Gaming, Murex, Tableau Software, GR NEAM, Amedeo, Arch Re and Harvest Financial Services. I have overseen the development of the Oval from the finish of construction to fully occupied. During this time I have been involved in approximately 15 fit-outs and 6 dilapidations of office space as well a number of retail fit-outs. On a day to day basis I ensure the smooth running of the complex, liaising with tenants to handle any issues they have while ensuring the Landlords interest is protected. I am the point of contact for all contractors and service providers working on behalf of the Landlord.

Dealing with day to day facilities issues as they arose. Scheduling of PPM, and reactive maintenance. Working to improve building services efficiency and reduce costs.Approving of invoices for payment and managing the Building Management System.

Completion and filing of client tax returns, preparation of accounts and visiting of clients for Audit purposes and stock taking on occasion.
