Growing up I always found enjoyment in putting things together and trying to figure out why they worked, from circuitry kits and robotic arms to 3D printers. This interest quickly grew into not only building these little projects but trying to design them as well, such as a network switch mount or small models I would try and 3D print. This led me to pursue an education that would put me in the center of this interest, a Mechanical Engineering Degree at North Carolina State University. Currently at NCSU I am a rising junior with a 3.5 GPA. I am certified in multiple CAD programs such as SolidWorks, Inventor and AutoCAD. Alongside my major in Mechanical Engineering I am pursuing a minor in Computer Programming and I am well versed in a multitude of coding languages such as MATLAB, Java and C. For the remainder of my education I plan on taking more electives focused on my interests such as Modern Manufacturing Procedures and Design of Mechanical Systems.
