Dr. Jaccoma specializes in laser and oculoplastic surgery, dry eye and aesthetic eye care and is a clinical instructor for the University of New England College of Medicine. Dr. Jaccoma is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners (1983) and is Board Certified in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a member in good standing of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the American Intraocular Implant Society, the Maine Medical Society, the Maine Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and the New England Ophthalmological Society.Dr. Jaccoma is past president of the Medical Staff of the H. D. Goodall Hospital, past president of the Maine Eye Physicians and Surgeons and is on the active medical staff at both the Southern Maine Hospital Centers of the Biddeford and Sanford campuses. He is also on the teaching staff of the University of New England College of Medicine.
