In my current position as the Director of Air Space Studies I instruct a faculty team comprised of 16 senior military officers and civilians, where I tailor education materials to national security policy and strategy / theory of war and strategy. I furthermore generate targeted strategic outreach efforts and regulate university / institutional engagement. Some of my select accomplishments include: ~ Appointed to General Hoyt S. Vandenberg Chair of Aerospace Studies in 2017 in recognition of superb performance. ~ Functioned as research project advisor and faculty advisor on several student projects which secured top paper honors; uncovered significant gains to air and space theory / studies. ~ Nominated and selected for special project in conjunction with the government of Georgia; drafted and refined a national defense strategy.

I superintended the history department with the U.S. Air Force Academy and oversaw more than 30 military and civilian faculty. I additionally facilitated the dissemination of more than 48 courses to over 2.6K cadets each year as well as regulated scholars engrossed in military history and modern American history studies. Throughout my tenure, I fulfilled a diverse set of department appointments and committee positions.Some of my select accomplishments include: ~ Served as Associate Dean for Strategic Communication throughout 2014 to 2015; integrated documentation processes in support of strategic policies, communications, integration plans, and public affairs efforts for 761-person team. ~ Remained unmatched in senior mentorship abilities; acted as critical advisor to more than 40 students on prestigious international Truman, Rhodes, and Marshall scholarships. ~ Revised speeches presented to United Nations General Assembly and contributed to U.S. President Obama’s address. ~ Directed implementation of Academy's first U.S. history core course in over 26 years; tailored curriculum toward a focus on diversity and inclusivity. ~ Oversaw top-to-bottom rewrite of core military history course; targeted knowledge and skills required for success of 21st century airmen. ~ Published key book on evolution of operational and national nuclear strategy with top press; professionally lauded as “Best Air Power History Book of the Year”. ~ Contributed to in instrumental revitalization of new admissions process; carefully vetted over 1K applicants to the Class of 2020 crafted to university needs. ~ Managed team of 19 staff and eight professors through pedagogical improvements, course administration, and student assessment.

As a senior editor with the daily intelligence briefing for the chairman, I supervised a joint assignment at Department of Defense level and shared daily intelligence briefings with our executive leadership team. Throughout all of my duties, I directed 40 personnel through the production of significant and timely intelligence reports.
