Strong understanding of public policy frameworks, tax laws and policies, customs laws and procedures, trade and investment facilitation, communication, media management, and business regulatory environment in Tanzania and East Africa Region. Holder of an MBA from Open University of Tanzania, Bachelor of Business Administration from Mzumbe University, LL.B (Hons) from Open University of Tanzania and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Law School of Tanzania. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of Tanganyika Law Society.
