It was a successful SAP S4/HANA Project last year. We integrated with part number auto numbering system,new BPM,PLM,MES with SAP.In the meantime,We had successful implemented new product security for the si-ph project. Now we are ready for security standard with Panorays for our customer.

This is a short term job for there is a new ERP Netsuite used in local plant but no consultant for this project.ERP system foundation data should be ready for each module before monthly close.

KPMG recommend me joining the challenging project for digital transformation project team .I had lead and organized a digital team and come true the enterprise data center set up that I had planned. Finally we use Tableau for BI solution. ISO27001 also launched,Great !

Medical devices industry is so different from 3C industry. It is the right time to learn more about medical and biotech. From the understanding of GMP,FDA,ISO-13485...We are focusing on building up the best practice of medical devise production system integrated with MIS system. Of course,the system need to be certificated before new product introduction. One of the other new mission is data analysis and modeling base on datas in ERP and CRM.The business intelligent tool Tableau can help business unit to come out the right direction of BU strategy or market trend. It could drive the business to "Precision Marketing 4.0". Owing to our Wisconsin project pending,our team was terminated in the end of July.Now I am available for new career.

New business grows fast and outstanding, Nano-Opto-Mechanical Application industry is new for me to learn. I am very exciting for all of the best practices we need it right now right here. This industry including nano mold production ,plastics injection molding,coating,micro assembly,measurement and AOI solution. It is a highly integrated of capital and knowledge intensive industry. It takes our team couple months to implement ERP on schedule and go live and integrated with MES for lens assembly .Since there is new site plan , Therefore, there is career decision need to make in the coming future.

In order to take care of my family ,It is time to decide when should I relocate to Taipei. I appreciated those who supports me a lot for my new career in newly starup company of HonHai. I am here from now on ,my work is busy but happy. To implement ERP including Taiwan site and China site successful and organize a SCM team between Taiwan and ShenZhen site. The great team work create 10X sales growth. Thank you my excellent team members. My mission was to create feasible business model to deliver the total solution for customers,Including chemical material and dispensing machine. Our HQ finance division told to me that It was quite complicated. On the contrary, anyone who get the permission of the financial leasing of these kind of business ,they own the market for all. Of course, there are MSDS issues and machine leasing inbound outbound logistics between Taiwan and China. According to the reliablity test practice, most of the material science do need you to look upon it.Because if matters your product that your factory produced and and the company's reputation.

There are lots of new business units that will set up in a short time.Therefore,to defined the procedures in the new field as soon as possible is important for business operations. Since you kow well the customer's testing procedures,then it is easier to define the product of repair service procedure and an integrated system for after service. Well, it is a good business.

During this period ,I worked in iDPBG of Foxconn Technology Group ShenZhen GuanLan.I was focusing on the following major field for the biggest smartphone customer of USA.1)To design and integrate new IT solutions and project with customer's need .So that we can seamless share the factory manufacture information--virtual factory.2)To organize and to coach an internal business process reengineering(BPR) team to speed up process automation and manufacturing automation. APICS and IE best practice are fully experienced here.That is to say, all the critical decision support information is consolidated for primary decision maker in time. Esp, during the NPI build stage--EVT,DVT,PVT.3) Information security management is one of another most important thing to our customer whenever the next generation product is going to launch all over the world. It was a great luck that our team got the No 1 prize for 4 times internally Foxconn during these four years.4)To define all the procedures and review our SFC team software development quality.You can imagine we cannot afford production line down even 5 minutes. So , the Software quality assurance (SQA) management play an important role between DBA and software programmer team members. ITIL 3.0 is a good solution for IT team at that time for SQA team.Of course we have other ways to improve. To coach a solution team takes time.we have to integrated current ERP ,SFC,B2B,SRM and MES system so that we can develop the solution for high level decision making.Of course,we need to divide one's compentence into new product design and development,quality management, production/manufactoring management, cost management...,etc. By now, I can fully understanding and know how to define the perfect smartphone production system . Developing RFID solution and implementing to our production line was a great success for management level. Smart factory and Industrial 4.0 here wealready in using.Finally SAP ERP project kick off.

I worked as a system planning manager in Taipei RD center. My main focus was new product design and development procedures integration for specific 3C products. The major milestone at that time was to support our own brand product. Also we need to integrated NPI transfer to our manufacture site.

At that time I supported the newly ODM SBU for business modeling and procedures set up with SAP. There was a chance that I can verified if the procedures excellent or not,then I became SCM manager too. To recruit and build up the team including order fulfillment,production planning,material planning,procurement,custom affairs and inbound outbound logistics,warehouse management functionalities. Those were one of my best practice with my team members in SCM field, here I fully experienced IE skills and factory management. It was very wonderful to realize FPG's management philosophy plus Honhai time to market capability.Several years later ,almost all of the team members were very appreciated and proud of that seamless collaborative demand supply planning team work with this excellent customer.There are CKD,SKD models and project launced at the same time in China,India,Mexico,Brasil.Another most impressive activity in this field is how to meet the cost target for each project. Of course the continuously cost management are quite challenging. All of these experience given me best practice in SCM field ,I was luck to cooperate with this good customer with excellent good factory handbook guildline and BPR consultant working together inside our factory. Our PLM+SAP +MES+B2B operation model achieved great success in digital transformation between customer and us.

As the cell phone business growing fast,all the procedures need to be redefined and reviewed . It tooks time but it was so similar to my last project mission.In spite of there were different customers and different design review phases,they have many in common.Therefore,this project was completed very soon as comparison to orginial estimated schedule.It included new product design and development management,quality assurance and quality engineering,production and manufacturing management,cost and accounting management fields.

In the begining,it was the first factory that built cell phone in our group. It was a great success for the cell phone business.No matter OEM,EMS,JDM,ODM...all the business could be fulfilled.My mission here was to define and re-engineer the procedures for the above business models. There were SMT manufactoring and final system assembly and testing level ,plastics enclosure production and assembly level and fast prototype manufacturing center for sheet metal product. Of course Those were very challenging but it was also a great opportunities for me to learn the collaborative cell phone design and development and factory operations.

This year our group had a tremendous change.The mother board R&D team was founded.There were a lot of Labs. and I had the great opportunities to experience how to integrate R&D procedures and Labs operations. It Including HW,SW,CE,Simulation,SI,DQA,Layout...It was a very interested work to me. During this program,we integrated all MLB RD procedures and implemented Winchill PLM for the product. I learnt about the new product design and development 7-phases and known how important the design review was.This project is one of the most important digital transformation for Foxconn Group. Because of the success of MB,We apply the successful model to PC system and Server Products.

This year I got some of the patents of IT field. One was for construction engineering another is about e-marketplace. To sum up ,these are very practical procedures and philosophy for an enterprise to save a lot of budget. Including factory design,budgeting,bidding,...etc.More important is to found a systematical method to cost down your expenditure . Before,there is no application system for these field.Now,we have digitalized our cnstruction expenditure.

This year another BU founded.It was specific for internetworking system integration product.Since I just returned from San Jose.I was assigned to cooperate with customer for eHUB B2B project. This was an integrated system from B2B,ERP to SFC. We got the award from our customer while our system go live.

You may remember what happened during these years - Internetworking.I was assigned to be the new enclosure BU SCM leader.Our customer was the biggest Switch / Router company in the world at that time .My SCM team was very luck to be "Mechanical Supplier of the yesr " for 2 years.

It was time to make decision,I joined Honhai 1998 and was assigned ERP implementation core team.To integrate and reengineering our manufacturing processes into ERP was very interesting. It was so different from my prior job in FPG,in FPG we defined and designed MIS system based on the specific product and followed FPG's principle of management.

I was lucky to learn material management,production management,engineering management system here for 6.5 years. To design the procedures and implement the system then review and improve it. It was a wonderful experience. In FPG MM included part number system,requisition,procurement,vendor selection and management,material inspection ,payment term management, etc.In FPG, the chemical RD center is not only RD but also a certificated CNLA LAB and inspect the material incoming quality. The utilization of the equipment is very excellent.I believe that you heard about "the four keys of the procurement procedures" .Another excellent regulations of each division is the performance evaluation system.One special topic is the industry design center division performance KPI for the innovative designer in NanYa.

One of the field that IE may need to experience is factory production planner. As a planner I need to calculate long lead time material based on the forecast . Here we implemented MRP.It was my first time to use systematic software solution for the material planning.
