FOCI information security management rating is over 90% of the standard and meet one of our biggest semiconductor customer .Lots of information security solutions achieve customer's target.Thanks for the teamwork.We runs Panorays.FOCI runs SAP ERP now. This is our first step of digital transformation. We Replaced self built ERP with SAP HANA and BPM 9 months ago. The changes are also implemented in the new product design and development management of IPD.This requirement comes fast based on SEMI E187 standard. It is very important to implement related regulations for this industry and the coming Si-Photonics ramp.Before,we create SFC/MES and collect datas for manufacturing,now we use SAS tools analyze big data and create models for optimal solutions.This year, SEMICON Taiwan 2024 there is SEMI Silicon Photonics Industry Alliance set up.I think the most challenging is how fast the eco system founded and meet the industry standard for all the partners.In order to quickly found IOT of Si-Ph industry machines of so many procedures.We kick off the SECS/GEM project using the lean start-up method. It is a good chance for us to verify our steps soon.

The great team work create 10X sales growth. Thank you my excellent team members. My mission was to create feasible business model to deliver the total solution for customers,Including chemical material and dispensing machine. Our HQ finance division told to me that It was quite complicated. On the contrary, anyone who get the permission of the financial leasing of these kind of business ,they own the market for all. Of course, there are MSDS issues and machine leasing inbound outbound logistics between Taiwan and China. According to the reliablity test practice, most of the material science do need you to look upon it.Because if matters your product that your factory produced and and the company's reputation.

    During this period ,I worked in iDPBG of Foxconn Technology Group ShenZhen GuanLan.I was focusing on the following major field for the biggest smartphone customer of USA.1)To design and integrate new IT solutions and project with customer's need .So that we can seamless share the factory manufacture information--virtual factory.2)To organize and to coach an internal business process reengineering(BPR) team to speed up process automation and manufacturing automation. APICS and IE best practice are fully experienced here.That is to say, all the critical decision support information is consolidated for primary decision maker in time. Esp, during the NPI build stage--EVT,DVT,PVT.3) Information security management is one of another most important thing to our customer whenever the next generation product is going to launch all over the world. It was a great luck that our team got the No 1 prize for 4 times internally Foxconn during these four years.4)To define all the procedures and review our SFC team software development quality.You can imagine we cannot afford production line down even 5 minutes. So , the Software quality assurance (SQA) management play an important role between DBA and software programmer team members. ITIL 3.0 is a good solution for IT team at that time for SQA team.Of course we have other ways to improve. To coach a solution team takes time.we have to integrated current ERP ,SFC,B2B,SRM and MES system so that we can develop the solution for high level decision making.Of course,we need to divide one's compentence into new product design and development,quality management, production/manufactoring management, cost management...,etc. By now, I can fully understanding and know how to define the perfect smartphone production system . Developing RFID solution and implementing to our production line was a great success for management level. Smart factory and Industrial 4.0 here wealready in using.Finally SAP ERP project kick off.

    At that time I supported the newly ODM SBU for business modeling and procedures set up with SAP. There was a chance that I can verified if the procedures excellent or not,then I became SCM manager too. To recruit and build up the team including order fulfillment,production planning,material planning,procurement,custom affairs and inbound outbound logistics,warehouse management functionalities. Those were one of my best practice with my team members in SCM field, here I fully experienced IE skills and factory management. It was very wonderful to realize FPG's management philosophy plus Honhai time to market capability.Several years later ,almost all of the team members were very appreciated and proud of that seamless collaborative demand supply planning team work with this excellent customer.There are CKD,SKD models and project launced at the same time in China,India,Mexico,Brasil.Another most impressive activity in this field is how to meet the cost target for each project. Of course the continuously cost management are quite challenging. All of these experience given me best practice in SCM field ,I was luck to cooperate with this good customer with excellent good factory handbook guildline and BPR consultant working together inside our factory. Our PLM+SAP +MES+B2B operation model achieved great success in digital transformation between customer and us.

    I was lucky to learn material management,production management,engineering management system here for 6.5 years. To design the procedures and implement the system then review and improve it. It was a wonderful experience. In FPG MM included part number system,requisition,procurement,vendor selection and management,material inspection ,payment term management, etc.In FPG, the chemical RD center is not only RD but also a certificated CNLA LAB and inspect the material incoming quality. The utilization of the equipment is very excellent.I believe that you heard about "the four keys of the procurement procedures" .Another excellent regulations of each division is the performance evaluation system.One special topic is the industry design center division performance KPI for the innovative designer in NanYa.
