I am a dedicated hard working individual with a Masters and an Undergraduate degree. I am skilled in Microsoft Office and have administration experience in a vast range of environments from Nursing Homes to Language Schools to Banks to Financial Advisors.I have several years experience in finance, working for HSBC where I worked in all aspects of review and audit processes from thorough data analysis to database work to making payments to customers and business worldwide. I moved to Rowan Dartington where I developed a sound knowledge of investment products and working relationships with investment managers and partners around the country. I also worked in analysing and commentary on existing investment portfolios through the regular use of Financial Express Analytics.I worked for Wealth at Work as a Product Administrator, this role encompassed working with multiple providers using numerous product platforms to provide exceptional customer service to clients across the country, building working relationships with advisers throughout the UK. I gained useful experience submitting applications for various financial products as well as regularly matching commissions for payments received via the Intelligent Office system.I worked for Close Brothers Asset Management as an Assistant Paraplanner, this role involved obtaining detailed analysis of a wide range of financial products including Defined Contribution pensions (including Stakeholder, Occupational Schemes, CIMP, Former COMP and EPP), Defined Benefit Pensions, Investment Bonds, Stocks & Shares ISA, Investment Accounts, Whole of Life Insurance and Term Assurance Plans in order to provide detailed analysis to Paraplanners to assist with the Advice process.Following relocating to Scotland I have moved to Ramsay Asset Management, where I provide exceptional service to clients through processing applications to Investment Accounts, ISAs, Pensions, Onshore and Offshore Bonds and Insurance policies across a wide range of investment providers. I also set up and administer trusts across Insurance and Offshore Bonds. I also write Suitability Reports following review meetings conducted by the Adviser.I am proficient with Microsoft Office and Intelligent Office. I regularly seek to develop my skill set and have put myself through various accounting exams, I am currently sitting the R0 exams through the chartered insurance institute.
