Oversees JIOWC’s business operations and reports to the Director (CEO). Director of operations and second in command of leader development for 1,200 undergraduate students, 16 senior officers and non-commissioned officers, and 2 secretaries in the #1 rated school in America by Forbes Magazine.Formulate planning and supervise all administrative, personnel, training, logistical, and resourcing needs in support of student physical education, military instruction, moral-ethical education, and cadet activities.Select and coach cadet leaders by teaching long range planning, analysis, project management, and goal setting then mentor and evaluate them in their project execution in support of 1,200 cadets. Direct mentor to student-Korean American club and provided advice to students regarding school policies in the role of Officer Representative.

Responsible to educate, train, and inspire a company of over 140 of the Corps of Cadets so that each graduate is a commissioned leader of character and prepared for a career as an officer in the United States Army. Taught classes within the moral-ethical curriculum, monitor individual cadet progress through the four developmental pillars, motivate cadets towards excellence, maintain discipline, and shaped expectations of their future service in the Army. Additional responsibilities include membership on the Academy’s Admissions Committee with the purpose of screening candidate files, as well as, debating and voting on special cases and waiver disqualifications. Additional duties include membership on the admissions committee and class 2011 advisor.
