With over 10 years of teaching experience in Japan, a bachelor's degree in TESOL with Japanese, alongside other teaching qualifications, I have been successfully striving to deliver effective and enjoyable lessons to both children and adults.I have not only worked as an English Instructor but also as a Consulting Head Teacher and Coordinating Instructor in my company. This has led to my name being recognized as a high performing instructor, a teacher trainer, employee manager and a leader for newer upcoming teachers.In my many years of living in Japan, I have gained a thorough understanding of Japanese work culture and proficiency with the language has also given me the opportunity to inspire and teach Japanese teaching staff.I have been the leader of many teaching programs and projects, in Japanese and English, which I have all designed and implemented to a high standard.
