I am currently a third year history undergraduate at King’s College, University of Cambridge. During my first year, I served as the Head Sports Coordinator for the Lent Term Speaker's Committee at the Cambridge Union. This involved inviting, coordinating and facilitating global sports stars to the Union. I was personally responsible for securing both Michael van Gerwen and Sam Allardyce. In second year, I was a Sports Editor for the University of Cambridge student newspaper, Varsity. I achieved 4 A*s at A-Level in History, Politics, English Language and EPQ. I was incredibly honoured to be made Head Boy for the 2021/22 academic year - a highly prestigious achievement.During my time at school and in Sixth Form, I regularly wrote a blog based on my beloved Sheffield Wednesday. This was using the handle 'OpinionOfAnOwl'. Off the back of this, I also helped create and produce an EFL-centred podcast with two friends. As well as weekly previews and round-ups, we conducted many interviews with ex-professionals and journalists. I also did various freelance articles for EFL-focused websites.
