This will ensure I am aware and can best coach my team on intricate scenarios that may arise as we journey to migrate to a contemporary cloud solution. Conducted for Fidelity Architecture a Proof of Concept (POC) comparing AWS Batch, Adobe Spark, and Kubernetes as a solution to replace Control-M. The research was done for Fidelity’s effort to migrate from the Mainframe over to the Cloud. The POC kicked of a pilot program demonstrating design, business proposal, and feasibility. Results of the POC was presented to Architects and Business Units.In the role of Scrum Master - Implemented 120 mainframe transmissions into Production.
