Final project: "YOGi" - A.I. Yoga Instructor I pitched, won, and led a 4-person team to develop YOGi, a computer vision and pose detection A.I. product that takes input from a user, identifies an attempted yoga pose, and then provides corrective feedback.Our website captures an image of the user. This image is then run through a CNN model (DenseNet169) with repurposed final layers to classify the attempted pose. Pose detection is then applied to the classified image using TensorFlow MoveNet which "vectorises" the user's body. From here, the variance between each vector on the user's body and the corresponding vector on the “ground truth” (i.e. the perfect version of that pose) is calculated to provide alignment suggestions.Tech stack: CSS; GCP; JupyterLab; TensorFlow Keras & MoveNet; Matplotlib; MediaPipe; OpenCV; NumPy; Pandas; Sklearn; Streamlit
