In 2022, I increased sales 5-fold and put into motion a team of industry outsiders to deliver the most productive year in company history. My primary focus was to drive revenue by developing satellite communications and software solutions for the U.S. Government and industry. I assisted Government organizations and industry partners solve tough, complex problems by listening, evaluating needs and communicating products and services. I was responsible to develop my team and lead Government and industry-related business development, sales, and capture-related activities. With the help of my very talented team, we identified and developed opportunities with new customers and maintained strong relationships with existing ones. Led the Mishap Prevention, Metrics and Analysis and Error Prevention Training activities for Space Systems Company. Participated in proposal and business development activities. Primary interface with other boards and organizations relative to product and property related incidents and preventive actions to include Production, Environmental Health and Safety, Facilities and Engineering. Chaired the Enterprise Preventive Action Council – led a multi-disciplined group of executives and engineers during reviews, coordinated all post review and lessons learned activities. Instrumental in reducing production-related incidents in Space Systems by 70% over an 8-year period.

Developed, directed, and executed safety policies and programs for launch, operations and testing of space vehicles, ICBMs, helicopters and ground systems affecting 26,000 people. Managed and oversaw Air Force Space Command’s Nuclear Surety Program – developed, directed and executed nuclear surety policies and programs for operations, maintenance and testing of ICBMs. Air Force Lead Investigator for mishap and safety investigations and key leader on special projects such as Operational Safety Reviews, AF Chief of Staff’s Logistics Review and the AF Nuclear Weapons Steering Group. Represented the United States ensuring treaty compliance and the safeguarding of US industry proprietary information and hardware from foreign exploitation. Program Manager (PEM) for a $133M program – focused eight separate technology development efforts spread over three commands to maximize the return on investment and accelerate development. Operations lead responsible for all aspects of production associated with test launch preparation, contingency response, post-launch recovery and refurbishment actions.
