Develop programs, bi-annual exhibitions, and projects raising awareness of cultural traditions in the diverse ethnic, regional, and occupational communities of the Buffalo-Niagara region through original fieldwork research. Teach two annual courses at Niagara University:1. Fall Semester - Folklore in America, a survey course with weekly topics focusing on the different genres of folklore paired with contemporary experiences, adaptations, and interpretations of cultural heritage.2. Spring Semester - Exhibiting Cultures, a hands-on course where I instruct and guide students through the process of developing programs and exhibitions: students learn & are responsible for conducting field research (as a group), developing exhibit or program content, and installing exhibits or facilitating the program.

Archie Green Fellowship awarded by the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress to document the occupational folklife of dirt track racing at the Ransomville Speedway in Ransomville, NY, helping preserve the stories and cultural knowledge of those who work and race at the track. Term included presenting for a remote Benjamin Botkin lecture organized by the AFC in 2021, focused on strategies and adaptations in conducting in-person fieldwork during a pandemic.
