Ed had a twenty-two year U.S. Army Intelligence career at all levels. Assignments included three tours in Europe, RDJTF, CENTCOM, and Army Intelligence Center. Retired 1993 and began work as a defense contractor. In 2006, was founding member/ owner of Intelligence, Communications, and Engineering, Inc. He led the company through explosive growth until December 2015. He was selected as the firs Director of the Veterans Business Opportunity Center for the state of Arizona. He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. A member of the Board of Directors for the Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Co-Op. Moved to Peoria Arizona to care for aging parents. Now is serving as the president of his HOA, He is also on the Economic Development Board for the city of Peoria. He is also providing pro Bono assistance to the Be A Leader Foundation and Rise up Arizona (a foster care organization). Most recently he has become a business development consultant for Taala Hawk, LLC. Membership and affiliations include Military Intelligence Corp Association, AFCEA, Association of the United States Army, and Kiwanis. He is also former member of City of Sierra Vista Environmental Affairs Commission. Married 45 years to high school sweetheart, and has four grown children and six grandchildren.
