I am a qualified Quantity Surveyor offering 5½ years’ experience in the construction industry. I hold a BSc Construction Economics and a BSc Hons Quantity Surveying Degree, coupled with practical experience across a variety of trades including Demolitions; Alterations; Earthworks; Underpinning; Pilling; Civil Engineering Works; Building Works; Housing; Industrial, Commercial and Property Developments; Landscaping; and Roadworks.Familiar with quantity surveying concepts, practices and procedures, I have a solid understanding of commercial contractual law and am experienced in the drafting of sub-contractor agreements, preparation of tender documents, compiling of insurance claims, assessing payment applications, enforcing adherence to contractual terms, and risk protection. With the ability to identify any variations in work performed, I am able to maximise profits with transparency and professional integrity.As an astute negotiator, I have the skills to reach favourable agreements and effectively manage sub-contractor delivery.
