● Operate Sames & Kremlin Cyclomix spray equipment such as ;○ Pumps: 10C18 Airmix○ Agitators○ Sames & Kremlin Airmix and Airless spray guns○ Other Equipment: Cyclomix micro airmix● Use a spray gun to apply primers, paints, and polyurethane finishes to wood and synthetic surfaces (MDF, fiber board, plywood, wood veneer, etc. )● Check for product quality○ Monitoring the flash drying progress, and checking for product defects:clouding spots, dirt/trash, bridging, lifting, cracks, chips, open joints,excessive or insu cient coatings, sanding scratches, excessive putty, etc.● Maintaining equipment:○ Cleaning and maintaining spray guns, paint booths, and other equipment. ● Communicate with the Wrap and Shipping departments to prioritize finishingproducts that ship that day.
