Mr. Moran brings more than 8 years of acquisitions experience to his role at Real Capital Partners. Prior to joining the company, Edward Moran was Senior Vice President of Investments at Store Space Self Storage, a top-20 storage operation. While there, he acquired more than 100 properties totaling more than 7.5 million sq. ft. and was responsible for building the company’s asset management and finance teams. Prior to Store Space, Mr. Moran worked at Lamar Companies, which owns or manages more than $200,000,000 in assets, as well as multi-family construction, acquisition and development in the New York City area.
