 Customer facing first line contact for telephone calls from Schools, Carers, Police, Health and dealing with Service Users.  Responsible for taking relevant information and assessing next steps and taking the appropriate action Attending assessment meetings and contributing to discussions Compiling relevant information onto a database system General administrative duties including minute taking at case meetings

 Managing the upcoming of the new corporate purchasing system (ARIBA) within the Zurich branch. Teaching members of the team how to use the new ARIBA system. Liaising with Zurich Global to co-ordinate updates and to keep the implementation on time and on budget.
