Developed future target packets focusing on terrorist financial support mechanisms and methods; Developed a training plan for the 63 man Paraguayan Special Forces Counter Terrorist unit. Established a collection plan and interagency reporting procedures enhancing the effectiveness to deter terrorist support cells in Paraguay.

Served as the Operations Sergeant of a Military Free Fall (MFF) Special Forces Detachment A; lead, planned, instructed and advised the Detachment and Host Nation Commanders on light infantry and special operations tactics up to battalion level in both English and Spanish; supervised, planned and prepared the Detachment to execute Special Reconnaissance (SR), Foreign Internal Defense (FID), Unconventional Warfare (UW), Direct Action (DA), and Counter Terrorism (CT) in support of USSOUTHCOM and USCENTCOM objectives. During Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), supervised 10 Advanced Special Operations (ASO) managers at 4 A-Camps which gathered actionable intelligence, conducted analysis and developed target packets resulting in the capture of more than 40 enemy. Developed and implemented the ASO managers collection plan and reporting procedures on ACM and Taliban forces in the Zabul Province of Afghanistan. Organized the Operational Control Element (OCE) at Battalion level which managed over 30 ASO managers conducting intelligence gathering through HUMINT, SIGINT and IMINT to develop the area of responsibility for future targeting.
